PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bio-diesel engine fuel using chicken oil is provided to obtain clear chicken oil having high purity so that the obtained chicken oil is used as diesel engine fuel by collecting chicken oil from slaughtered chicken byproducts and passing the collected chicken oil through three steps of refining processes. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first step of refining chicken oil collected from slaughtered chicken byproducts by glass tube specific gravity precipitation; second step of refining the first refined chicken oil using cloth (cotton cloth) bag; and third step of diluting the resulting chicken oil by mixing the chicken oil with kerosene (petroleum) in a ratio of 10:1 after completely removing fine powder and glycerine from the second refined chicken oil using filter paper, wherein the first refining step is performed by putting chicken oil containing moisture and chicken byproduct residue into a transparent glass tube and leaving the chicken oil alone for 24 hrs or more so that chicken oil is separated from the moisture and residue by specific gravity, the second refining step is performed to remove fine powder contained in the first refined chicken oil by filtering the first refined chicken oil using the cloth (cotton cloth) bag and receiving the chicken oil filtered by the cloth bag in a container positioned under the cloth bag so that about 50% of glycerine is removed from the chicken oil, and the third refining step is performed to completely remove glycerine remained in the second refined chicken oil by filtering the second refined chicken oil using filter paper spread out on plastic box positioned above a container for receiving chicken oil refined to a high purity and mixing the chicken oil and kerosene (petroleum)(18) after putting 10 liters of resulting chicken oil and 1 liter of kerosene (petroleum) into a weighing cylinder(19) so that bio-diesel engine fuel(17) is obtained. |
