<p>The connection between the upper piece (20) of a fluid pipe slide and bell end piece (10) of an installation fitting has the bell end (12) fitting round an upper section (24) of the slide in the connected state. At least one of the connecting components is designed to be flexible and has a locking facility (14,32). The flexible component is designed so that the connection between the bell end and upper section is compatible with standardized installation fitting connecting interfaces, and meets the DVGW GW336 standard.</p> |
