The present invention relates to a fluorescence energy saving lamp and the anion generator, especially, the anion generator installed on the energy saving lamp to form the combined product. The product includes AC rectification and filter circuit, the start circuit, the oscillating circuit and the output circuit of LC series resonance. The anion generating circuit and the output circuit of LC series resonance are connected to the oscillating circuit in parallel or in series. The oscillating current from the oscillating circuit passes through the primary coil T2a of the high voltage transformer T2 so as to induce the high voltage with high frequency on the secondary coil T2b. The said induced high voltage is rectified and filtered through the diode D and capacitance C to produce negative high voltage near ten thousand high voltage. Then the said negative high voltage is discharged towards the air by the discharge needle to produce the air negative oxygen ions. The resistance R4 is connected between the coil T2a and T2b in series.
