PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately order an article without paying attention to its special discount period by reading an article record including an article code out of an article order information storage part and ordering the article on the basis of the article record. SOLUTION: The article code of order data is used as a key to perform retrieval from an article master file 21. Further, the article code and an ordering day are used as keys to perform retrieval from a special discount article file 22. Then a special discount article record that the article code matches can be detected and when the ordering day is included in the special discount period of the special discount article record, detailed statement data is generated from the special discount article record and article ordering data. When the special discount article record that the article code matches can not be detected and when the ordering day is not included in the special discount period, detailed statement data is generated from the article master record that the article code matches and article ordering data. |
