PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breaking of weft yarns caused by the excessive force acting on a pipeline at a time of lining and to easily draw them into the pipeline by small force at a time of the insertion into the pieline by embedding a cylindrical fabric in a pipe member and using highly rigid yarns with a specific crimp percentage as the weft yarns of the cylindrical fabric to enhance the pressure resistance of the pipeline. SOLUTION: Polyester fiber yarns are used as warp yarns 5 and aramide fiber yarns are used as weft yarns 6. The yarns 5, 6 are woven into a cylindrical form so that the crimp percentage of the weft yarns 6 becomes 10-15% to form a cylindrical fabric 4. Subsequently, the cylindrical fabric 4 is passed through an extrusion molding machine to form coating layers 3a, 3b of a polyethylene resin on both inner and outer surfaces of the cylindrical fabric 4 to mold a tube member 1. By this constitution, the insertion load of the tube member 1 into a tube member 2 is small and the pipe member 2 can be easily lined. The breaking pressure of the pipeline 2 lined with the pipe member 1 is high and the pipeline 2 is effectively reinforced.
|
