PURPOSE: Provided is a heat fabric mat including electric therapy function, which has improved heating and electric therapy functions and can prevent harmfulness and danger which may act on human. CONSTITUTION: The mat comprises a fabric pad(10) woven so as to include electrically non-conducting gold and silver yarns, which is a flooring of mat; a carbon electroconductor(20) which is positioned at one side of the top of the fabric pad(10), and which is produced by winding insulating material(21,31) of fabric cloth and an antibacterial floss silk(22,32) about the outside of sheet of the carbon fiber; a carbon heater(30) which generates heat by current supplied from the external controller(C); and an inner fabric skin(40) containing silver yarns having negative(-) conductivity, and an external fabric skin(50) containing copper yarns having positive(+) conductivity, which are laminated and sewed on the top of the carbon electroconductor(20) and the carbon heater(30), respectively.
