PURPOSE: Provided is a tread rubber composition having improved braking performance at a low temperature represented by the values of snow index and wet index than a conventional tread rubber. CONSTITUTION: The tread rubber composition comprises a base rubber consisting of a styrene-butadiene rubber alone or optionally styrene-butadiene rubber with a butadiene rubber. The tread rubber composition is characterized by further comprising 5-60 parts by weight of dibutoxyethoxyethyl adipate(DBEA) based on 100 parts by weight of the base rubber. Particularly, DBEA is used in combination with a processing oil, or substitutes for a processing oil.
