PURPOSE: A polypropylene-based resin composition, an instrument panel skin of an automobile interior material using the composition and its preparation method are provided, to obtain the resin composition having the improved low temperature impact resistance and heat resistance and free from smell. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene-based resin composition comprises 1-40 wt% of a polypropylene terpolymer having a high melting index; 10-50 wt% of a styrene-based rubber; 10-50 wt% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber; and 1-20 wt% of processing oil. Preferably the polypropylene terpolymer contains 3-20 wt% of ethylene and 1-butene, is obtained by degrading a terpolymer with a melting index of 1-30 g/10 min (230 deg.C, 2.16 kgf) with a molecular weight controller and has a melting index of 80-300 g/10 min (230 deg.C, 2.16 kgf); the styrene-based rubber comprises 10-60 wt% of styrene and 40-90 wt% of butadiene and ethylene, and has a melting index of 10-60 g/10 min (200 deg.C, 5 kgf); and the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber contains 10-40 wt% of octene, and has a Mooney viscosity of 10-40 (ML1+4, 121 deg.C). |
