PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use only a necessary field included in a template. SOLUTION: A template field name included in a template is extracted based on a template file, and a display field name corresponding to the extracted template field name is displayed at a display part 15 so as to be selected. Then, the display field name (template field name) selected by a user with an operating part 16 is extracted, and only the contents of the extracted display field name are outputted.
