<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to make a request for print to a convenience store (to execute secure print to a virtual printer configured of a plurality of printers), and to allow the user to receive a print image from any of the plurality of convenience stores. <P>SOLUTION: A user instructs a plurality of convenience stores through a mail, and makes a request for print. A convenience server receives an image, and transmits a confirmation mail to the user. At that time, the convenience server issues an acceptance number (password), and carries it in the confirmation mail (the transmission destination of the mail is a portable telephone). A server side develops the received image, and stores it in the form of a raster compressed image. The user visits the designated convenience store, and calls a printer/copying machine set at the convenience store, and immediately types the acceptance number to extract the requested job from the server for print.
