摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management method which can perfectly manage customer information by easily and accurately obtaining a customer's e-mail address who registers membership. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system comprises a personal computer of a shop PC 1, a personal computer of a user PC 2, and a WWW server 3, all of which are connected through a network. Customer information based on a membership application is input in the shop's computer PC 1. When the customer's computer PC 2 accesses to the WWW server 3 based on the WWW server connecting information read from a CD-ROM provided from the shop, a customer's e-mail address information is sent to the WWW server 3. The WWW server 3 then sends the customer's e-mail address information to the shop's computer PC 1.
