PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception system for home electrical product- related service request which suitably receives an order for a request for service related to a home electrical product.

SOLUTION: The order reception system 1 for home electrical product related service request is characterized in that a personal computer 20 of a home electrical appliance store 2, a personal computer 30 of a home electrical appliance maker 3, a personal computer 40 of a home electrical appliance user 4, and a personal computer 50 of a service center 5 are connected through a network. The personal computer 40 of the home electrical appliance user 4 orders a service request related to a home electrical product 7 bought at the home electrical product store 2 to the personal computer 50 of the service center 5. The service center 5 provides the relative service related to the home electrical product 7 for the home electrical appliance user 4.
