<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which prevents a crime such as a sneak thief and arson by projecting a picture of a person at home to the outside of a house where nobody is present, as if the person is at home. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a center server 1a installed at a service trader 1, a home server 2a installed in a member's house 2, a video projecting device 2c, and an instruction terminal device 2d. When a member desires to have video projection, the time when video starts and the time when the projection ends are inputted to the home server 2a through the instruction terminal device 2d.
