PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor array capable of reducing equivalent series inductance. SOLUTION: A chip 11 comprises inside a first shorted conductor 14a to make a side electrode 12a of one capacitor 13a conductive to a side electrode 12d of the other capacitor 13b of a pair composed of adjoining two capacitors 13a and 13b. It comprises a second shorted conductor 14b which makes a side electrode 12b of one capacitor 13a conductive to a side electrode 12c of the other capacitor 13b. The chip 11 also comprises inside a first shorted conductor 14c to make a side electrode 12e of one capacitor 13c conductive to a side electrode 12h of the other capacitor 13d of a pair composed of adjoining other two capacitors 13 and 13d, and a second shorted conductor 14d which makes a side electrode 12f of one capacitor 13c conductive to a side electrode 12g of the other capacitor 13d.
