PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend an object range permitting mount. SOLUTION: The speaker is provided with a frame 20 for supporting a cone part from its surrounding and a flange body 30 provided by surrounding an outer circumferential part of the frame 20. The flange body 30 is made of a material elastically deformable, and a plurality of long holes 32 penetrated in the thickness direction of the flange body 30 are formed to surround the frame 20.
