SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR ANALYZING LANGUAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language analysis environment for evaluating the contents of a text by an objective numerical value.

SOLUTION: A language analyzing system includes: a natural sentence receiving means 11 for receiving a natural sentence; an analysis dictionary storage means 13 for stipulating reference unit words to be reference when the natural sentence is broken down into words; a natural sentence break down means 14 for breaking down the received natural sentence into the plurality of words corresponding to the reference unit words; a broken down result storage means 15 for storing a result obtained by breaking down the natural sentence into the plurality of words; a count value obtaining means 16 for obtaining the number of broken down words as a count value; an analysis value generating means 18 for generating a plurality of analysis values on the basis of the count value; a reference value generating means 19 for generating the reference value of the analysis values on the basis of the analysis values; a divergence value generating means 20 for generating a divergence value indicating the degree of divergence in the analysis values with respect to the reference value; an evaluation value generating means 21 for generating an evaluation value on the basis of the divergence values; and an output means 22 for outputting the divergence value or the evaluation value.
