The flow measurement cell (1) for a sensor with a flat structure, where the sample fluid flows over its surface, has an outlet channel (2) and an inflow channel (3) at a defined angle of 20-110 degrees to each other. The inflow channel has a larger cross section than the outflow in a ratio of 2-20. The end of the inflow channel drops to the horizontal interface surface at the end of the outflow channel, which has the sensitive surface (4) of the flat sensor (5) with a length of 0.01-5.0 mm.
