A holding device (HD) has an interface for connecting an external antenna, e.g. a car aerial, and a coupling structure for electromagnetic coupling of high-frequency signals between the HD and the antenna of a mobile telephone in the HD. The coupling structure has two or more layers with two or more partial coupling structures overlaying each other.
