摘要 The invention relates to devices for electric drop-jet engineering and can be used for electric drop-jet processes. The inventive hydraulic system for an electric drop-jet printer comprises a pumping, suction and relieving systems, a viscosimetry system and a system for refilling a solvent, a vacuum system, a system for cleaning a nozzle by an air jet or with a solvent and a system for washing a drop generator and the nozzle with the solvent. The pumping system comprises a pump, a return valve, a working receiver, a second filter and the drop generator. The suction system comprises a catcher of non-used drops, a detector of jet impact, a filter and a suction pump. The viscosimetry system comprises a pump, a measuring receiver, a pressure gauge and a capillary channel. The pressure relieving and ink bleeding system connects the drop generator, through the valve thereof and the valve of the revelling system, to an ink reservoir. The washing system comprises a refilling valve and a tee-fitting arranged prior to said valve which is connected to the generator through a washing valve. The pressure relieving system connects the drop generator to the input of the suction pump. The hydraulic system provided with high-efficient elements makes it possible to clean the nozzle automatically and to preserve a system, thereby increasing the reliability and quality of printing.
