<p>The present invention discloses a food-slicing blade in the field of tools for food processing. The slicing blade aims at cutting the food quickly, which possesses various size, shape and hardness, into uniform slices. The solution of the invention is characterized in that the slicing blade is provided with a cutting edge in the shape of specific three-dimensional helix. During the slicing process, the cutting edge can not only move in the direction of the cross section the food, but also be spirally feed in the longitudinal direction of it. As the result, the food slices of uniform thickness are obtained. The slicing machine including the blade according to the invention can be applied to process fruit and other agriculture products both for home and restaurant.</p> |
