The at least one strip-shaped, longitudinally extending plastic tendon (12,13) is contained in a duct (22,23) extending longitudinally near the knee part of the tibia (18) and or femur (16). The plastic replacement tendon is contained in, or suspended from, a holder (28). The implant (10) comprises at least one spacer element holding the distance apart in a crosswise direction to the lengthwise direction between a first and second lengthwise-extending section of the at least one plastic replacement tendon.
