STRUCTURE FOR REDUCING NOISE OF VALVE OF COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A structure for reducing noise of a valve of a compressor is provided to reduce opening and closing noise of the valve opening and closing a gas channel depending on difference of pressure in a compression space of a cylinder due to linear reciprocation of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A suction valve(40) includes a thin circular sheet(41) corresponding with a valve contacting surface(S) of a piston(20), a cut groove(42) formed as a question-mark-shaped open curve in the circular sheet; and a coupling part(43) placed on one side of the circular sheet. The suction valve has the circular sheet contacting with the valve contacting surface of the piston, and the coupling part coupled to a head part of the piston by a bolt or welding. A damping part(26) is formed on the valve contacting surface of the piston to damp flow of fluid when the suction valve contacts with the valve contacting surface of the piston. The damping part is formed on the valve contacting surface of the piston as an annular groove with fixed depth to allow the suction valve to be attached on the valve contacting surface without colliding against the valve contacting surface.
