<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, since the inner diameter of an O-ring is larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate part of a piston, the attitude of the O-ring is hardly stabilized, and when the piston is axially moved and pressurized, the O-ring axially moves, but the O-ring is then twisted or distorted so that air is resultantly leaked with the result that the pressurization is not surely conducted. <P>SOLUTION: A coater comprises a liquid contained in a barrel body, a pressurizing means for pressurizing the liquid disposed at the rear of the body, a back-flow inhibitor moving in association with a decrease in the liquid and disposed at the rear of the liquid, a first valve mechanism disposed between the inhibitor and the pressurizing means, and a second valve mechanism disposed at the pressurizing means. In this coater, the second valve mechanism includes an annular member slidably disposed at the piston, and a through hole formed at the piston and opened or closed by the sliding annular member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
