THERMAL RECORDING PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal recording paper which is excellent in water resistance, makes heat curling smaller than ever when used as the thermal recording paper for a direct thermal recording printer, and enables continuous printing on many sheets thereof, and thermal recording paper which is excellent in water resistance as a base for a concealing seal, a resticking preventing label and the like and dispenses with a special treatment for starting peeling.

SOLUTION: This thermal recording paper includes a resin film (A) containing a thermoplastic resin of 30-100 wt.%, an inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler of 70-0 wt.%; the mean height of curl at four corners of the paper of an A-4 size (210 mm×297 mm) for two minutes or more after printing on the A-4 size paper by the direct thermal recording printer is 50 mm or less; and the heat of crystallization is 60 J/cm3or less.
