PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pavement capable of reducing traffic accidents (enlargement of safety), simplifying and abbreviating a road marking and a traffic sign, identifying an intersection and a pedestrian crossing and having difficulty in slipping (difficulty in slipping).
