PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively blow out cold air or hot air from a rear vent blow-out port by the operation of a passenger in a rear seat. SOLUTION: A rotating element 21 is provided on the rear end of a center console 11, and rear vent blow-out ports 20A and 20B are provided on the rotating element 21. At the same time, communicating ducts 26 and 28 are provided on the rotating element 21. A bypass duct 13 is provided by being branched from a rear foot duct 9 which introduces hot air from an air- conditioning unit 3 to the rear seat side. The communicating ducts 26 and 28 rotate by the rotating operation of the rotating element 21 by the passenger in the rear seat, and selectively communicate the bypass duct 13 with the rear vent blow-out port 20A through the communicating duct 26, and also, a rear vent duct 12 with the rear vent blow-out port 20A through the communicating duct 28.
