PURPOSE: An apparatus for locking a battery in a mobile communication terminal is provided to prevent the dismount of the battery by embedding a locker asperity and a locker in the battery and strongly locking the battery in a terminal body. CONSTITUTION: A locker(30) is embedded at a lower end of a battery body, and a part of the end of the locker(30) is inserted into the first locking groove(21) formed at a lower portion of a rear surface of a terminal body(20). A locking asperity(40) is formed at a side of an upper end of the battery body. The locking asperity(40) is inserted into the second locking groove(22) formed at a side wall of an upper portion of a rear surface of the terminal body(20) when the locker(30) inserted into the first locking groove(21) rises and moves.
