PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sticking a sheet for covering an inner surface of a tunnel, which enables the easy and accurate alignment of the sheet and has excellent workability. SOLUTION: This sticking device for sticking the covering sheet on the inner surface of the tunnel comprises: an arm supporting member 7 which is ascendably/descendably mounted on a base 1; a drive member 4 for making the member 7 ascend/descend; a gate-shaped sheet fixing arm 9 which is provided in the member 7; and sheet holding arms 11 and 12 whose respective lower ends are pivoted on the member 7 so as to be located on both sides between which the arm 9 is sandwiched, and whose upper ends are freely turned between a folded position to get close to the arm 9 and an expanded position to be separated from the arm 9.
