PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and sure lock member for holding a first element relative to a second element. SOLUTION: A device (1 or 34) for arranging the first element (24) with respect to the second element (25) with an elastic lock member which is formed as an integral component and which has two ends (2, 3) coupled by a bar (4) elastically deformable to its axial line direction is disclosed. The elasticity in the longitudinal direction of the bar (4) is generated in such a way that the bar comprises a plurality of transverse operatures (11) over its whole length, and that the openings (11) are arranged alternately on both sides in a median plane (14) of the bar (4).
