WORKPIECE SHAPE EVALUATING APPARATUS, ITS METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the shape of a workpiece in a second support state from the shape measurement result of the workpiece in a first support state. SOLUTION: A workpiece shape evaluating apparatus has a RAM 340 and a hard disk 390 for storing pint group data obtained by measuring the shape of the workpiece in the first support state. A CPU 380 derives the relationship expression between the nodal point coordinates of finite elements obtained by a finite element method for the workpiece in the first support state and the point group data, and predicts the shape of the workpiece in the second support state that differs from the first one on the basis of the derived relationship expression.
