PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with ventilating function which performs the dehumidification in a room in winter without impairing the inside heating characteristic. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 2 has a ventilating fan 22, which introduces the outside air to the inside when the inside temperature or inside humidity is too high in winter. The introduction of outside air is executed when the relation of 'outside air enthalpy≤air enthalpy at set temperature and humidity < inside air enthalpy' or 'air enthalpy at set temperature and humidity≤outside air enthalpy < inside air enthalpy' is established. According to such a structure, the outside air is mixed with the inside air by the introduction of the outside air, whereby the temperature or humidity of the inside air is lowered without leading to a reduction in air conditioning property in the room, and the comfortableness in the room is improved.
