摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring apparatus with superior operability which has a use for an optical measurement requiring a manual operation, and can accurately carry out the optical measurement without being affected by a condition where a distance between the measuring apparatus and an object to be measured is varied. SOLUTION: The optical measuring apparatus has a light source which emits measuring light toward the object to be measured; a mirror which further reflects the measuring light being emitted from the light source and reflected by the object to be measured; a condenser lens which is arranged along an optical path of the measuring light being reflected by the object to be measured and the mirror, and is placed at a distance longer than the focal length from the object to be measured; and a photo detector which has a photo receiving surface at a focal plane on the rear side of the condenser lens, and outputs a photo received signal corresponding to the measuring light being received by the photo receiving surface. In the optical measuring apparatus, a finder is disposed on the straddling side of the mirror in relation to a measuring position, thereby confirming the object to be measured being placed at the measuring position.
