PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device by which distortion aberration is restrained to be as small as possible so as to secure the wide angle of view, and through which a face or the like is discriminated even from a position deviated from the front to an end and a high place to some extent. SOLUTION: The photographing device is equipped with a 1st reflection mirror 2 having a light take-in hole 21 open at a center part, reflecting light from the outside and having a convex mirror surface, a 2nd reflection mirror 3 reflecting the light reflected by the mirror 2, and condensing the light to pass through the hole 21 and having a concave mirror surface, a lens part 4 provided between the hole 21 and an image pickup means 5 and forming an image on the means 5 with the light passing through the hole 21, and an image pickup means 5 picking up the light reflected by the mirror 3 and passing through the hole 21 and the lens part 4 as an image.
