PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material to be recorded with which the occurrence of overlapped feeding is prevented in feeding in such a case that printing is continuously performed for several sheets by providing a toner liquid sticking layer on at least one side of a base material which is used for printing by sticking toner in electrophotography or the like and consists of plastic film. SOLUTION: In the material to be recorded, the toner liquid sticking layer provided on at least one side of the base material consisting of the plastic film incorporates a lubricant, and the surface average roughness (Ra) of the center line of a surface is 0.5-3.0μm and surface resistivity under the environment of 23°C×50%RH is 108-1013Ω.
