摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metallic composite superfine particle having a new structural model and to provide a superfine particle crystal film and a superfine particle crystal and their manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: The metallic composite superfine particle 2 has at least a single crystal metal nucleus 4 obtained by aggregating and single-crystallizing organometallic compound-originating metal atoms 4a and an organometallic compound-originating organic matter uncleus 6 connecting and surrounding around the single crystal metal uncleus 4 and has a 1-100 nm particle size. The single crystal metal uncleus 4 and the organic matter uncleus 6 are connected by weak electrostatic force. The metallic composite superfine particle is manufactured by dispersing the organometallic compound in an organic solvent and heating the solution to form a superfine particle precursor and adding a reducing agent in the organic solvent. The superfine particle crystal film can be formed as a self-organization film on the surface of a substrate only by dispersing the superfine particle crystals in the organic solvent and immersing the substrate in the solvent. The superfine particle crystals are grown in an oversaturated state by disposing a prescribed amount of the organic solvent on the substrate and slowly evaporating the organic solvent.
