PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air heat burner that increases a turndown ratio in a state where supply quantity of combustion air is hardly varied. SOLUTION: The air heat burner 1 has a fuel spray part 2 disposed on a downstream side of a fuel supply header 5 and provided with a plurality of fuel spray holes 21, a pair of air spray plates 3 provided with a plurality of combustion air spray holes 31 respectively and disposed in outspreading inclination on a downstream side of an air inflow space 60 and on opposite sides of the fuel spray part 2, and a pair of side plates 4 interconnecting ends 35 of the pair of air spray plates 3. The fuel spray part 2 is provided with a plurality of first spray holes 22 for spraying combustion air Ai between the plurality of fuel spray holes 21 and each air spray plate 3.
