PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which can form coating films having excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance for the corrosion resistance and beautiful spectacle maintenance of steel structures even at the ordinary temperature and even in one coating process. SOLUTION: This coating composition is characterized by comprising (A) an acrylic resin, (B) an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups, and (C) a ketiminated amine curing agent which can contain a ketiminated aminosilane. The coating composition may, if necessary, further contain (D) an organo silane compound. The acrylic resin (A), the epoxy resin (B) and the organosilane compound (D) are preferably contained in amounts of 5 to 95 wt.%, 5 to 95 wt.% and 0 to 90 wt.%, respectively, based on the total content of the resins.
