PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a packaging method and reduce a manufacturing cost by improving an assembly packaging method. SOLUTION: When a preset number of standard polyethylene bags are put in an outer packaging bag, an inner board, such as a solid cardboard as large as the half of the bag, is placed at the left or right half side on the set of bags, and the bags are doubled to be put in the outer packaging bag.
