PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly uniformize air flow corresponding to the structure of an air-conditioning unit when an evaporator is not necessary. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning unit is constituted of a blower unit with a blower fan, a cooling unit in which the evaporator can be disposed, and a heater unit with a heater core 4. The blower unit comprises an air channel capable of making air from the blower fan radially flow. Instead of the evaporator, a resistor plate 2 formed with a plurality of through holes is arranged to the cooling unit in the disposing region of the evaporator. The resistor plate 2 is bent so that the high speed side comes closer to the blower fan side corresponding to the flow speed distribution of air blown from the blower fan, and the through holes are formed so that the flow speed and quantity air of air blown from the blower fan can be uniformized.
