<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine provided with a surface-treated piston in which uneven striking force is generated to the cylinder side due to fluid pressure capable of preventing generation of seizure between a piston surface and the cylinder side even in an action state of high uneven striking force by improving sliding easiness between the piston and the cylinder side, and preventing generation of seizure between the piston surface and the cylinder by favorably holding sliding performance between them even in a fluid machine in which low viscosity fluid is used as working fluid as in a swash plate hydraulic pump. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid machine is provided with a piston engaged with a bush fixed and inserted into the cylinder to be capable of reciprocating in such a way that uneven striking force is generated by fluid pressure. It is provided with a surface-treated piston in which base material is composed of iron- based material, in which its outer surface including a cylindrical outer circumferential surface is coated with DLC (diamond-like carbon), and in which the bush is composed of copper alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
