PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive resin roller with high accuracy having very small deformation to be caused by frictional heat. SOLUTION: The resin roller is provided with a shaft 1, a cylindrical resin roller body 2, and a bearing member 3 which is welded to the roller body 2 and freely rotatable around the shaft center C of the shaft 1 together with the roller body 2. The bearing member 3 has a sliding contact inner tube 4 made of a polyphenylene sulfide resin brought into sliding contact with the shaft 1, and an outer tube 5 made of the same resin as the roller body 2 to be welded to the roller body 2.
