PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy measurement system, an energy measurement method, and an energy measuring program which enable total recognition of the quantity of gas discharge and the quantity of heat radiation by energy consumption. SOLUTION: The energy measurement system 10 is composed comprising an automatic measuring apparatus 12 for detecting the quantity of energy consumption, an input means 14 for inputting the quantity of the energy consumption, a control means 16 which receives the quantity of the energy consumption and computes the quantity of gas discharge and the quantity of heat radiation corresponding to the quantity of the energy consumption, a discharge quantity display means 18 for displaying the computed quantities of the gas discharge and heat radiation, and a cost display means 20 for displaying a cost which corresponds to the quantity of the energy consumption.
