PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure which is improved in handleability at the time of construction thereof, and mounting efficiency of outer wall members. SOLUTION: In construction of a fire-resisting wall 10, studs 11 for allowing covering materials to be fixed thereto are erected in a building skeleton, and a steel sheet 15 is stretched inside the studs 11, followed by stretching rockwool heat insulating plates 18A, 18B inside the steel sheet 15.
