发明名称 METHOD FOR VACUUM DEPOSITING EMI LAYER ON ARMORED CASE OF CELLULAR PHONE USING DEPOSITION JIG AND THE JIG USED IN THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming an EMI (electromagnetic interference) layer coated on a part inside armored case of cellular phone using deposition jig so as to shield electromagnetic waves, and the jig used in the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for forming an EMI (electromagnetic interference) layer inside armored case of cellular phone, the method for vacuum depositing the EMI layer on the armored case of the cellular phone using deposition jig comprises the processes of vertically installing upper and lower jigs(10,30); putting the armored case of the cellular phone into a space between the upper and lower jigs(10,30); and performing vacuum deposition on the armored case of the cellular phone so that the EMI layer is formed only on a part of the armored case of the cellular phone which is not covered by the jigs. In a jig used in vacuum depositing an EMI (electromagnetic interference) layer on an inner part of armored case of cellular phone, the jig comprises a lower jig(10) on which a groove (h) is formed so that the armored case of the cellular phone is safely fixed to the groove (h); and an upper jig(30) which is installed at an upper side of the armored case of the cellular phone rested, and which forms a space in such a way that only a part where the EMI layer is coated on is externally exposed as closing thus folding the armored case(50) of the cellular phone rested, wherein the upper jig(30) comprises an angle (a) formed at a part directly contacted with the armored case(50) in addition to the space for forming the EMI layer on the inner side of the armored case(50) of the cellular phone, and the upper jig(30) is slantly covered on the armored case(50) of the cellular phone, and wherein the upper and lower jigs are formed of 15 to 30 wt.% of glass (quartz constituent) and a balance of synthetic resin.
