PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic syrup resin composition which gives a colorless, transparent, flexible and tough cured product under UV irradiation or the like, a colorless, transparent, flexible and tough UV-cured acrylic sheet formed from the syrup resin composition by a casting method or the like under UV irradiation or the like, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The acrylic syrup composition curable under UV irradiation or the like comprises an initial polymer (A), comprising a copolymer of an aliphatic bicyclic monofunctional acrylate monomer and other vinyl monomers, and a (meth)acrylic monomer (B) for dispersing the initial polymer (A), where the glass transition temperature (Tg<SB>1</SB>) of the initial polymer (A) is -5°C or higher, the glass transition temperature (Tg<SB>2</SB>) of a polymer of the (meth)acrylic monomer (B) is -10°C or lower and Tg<SB>1</SB>and Tg<SB>2</SB>satisfy the relation: Tg<SB>1</SB>>Tg<SB>2</SB>.
