PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause the extremity end of a shaft to be fitted to a concave part even in the case that the position of the extremity end of the shaft and the position of the concave part of a cover are displaced to each other when the cover should be installed at a base. SOLUTION: This disk case comprises a base 1 for use in mounting a disk D; a shaft 2 for arranging a plurality of disks D piled up on the base 1 and mounted there in a row; and a cover 3 for covering the disks D mounted on the base 1. The cover 3 comprises a concave part 31 fitted to the extremity end 21 of the shaft when the cover 3 is installed at the base 1. In the case that the position of the extremity end 21 of the shaft and the position of the concave part 31 are displaced, the cover 3 is constituted such that the extremity end 21 of the shaft is abutted against a recess part 32 around the concave part 31 to cause the cover 3 to be deformed, thereby the extremity end 21 of the shaft is moved to the position at the protrusion part 31.
