PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display tool capable of clearly discriminating the display place of an advertised commodity from that of other commodities and surely improving the display work efficiency or advertisement effect of the commodity by positioning the display place of the commodity to be advertised and separately displaying it. SOLUTION: This display tool has a display tool body mountable above the front part of a showcase, a ribbon-like or sheet-like display width indicator capable of positioning the display place of the commodity housed in the showcase, which is formed on both end parts of the display tool body or under the positions closer to both the end parts, and a display such as the advertisement of the commodity displayed on at least one of the display width indicator or the display tool body.
