Disclosed is a process for the preparation of racemic or optically active compounds of formula (VI), wherein X is halogen atom or salts thereof, the basis of which consists in that racemic or optically active compound of formula (VII) is transformed in the presence of methylhydrogen sulphate under the temperature from 50 to 150 °C to the racemic or optically active compound of formula (VIII) and arose racemic compounds of formula (VIII) are optionally fractionated to their optically active isomers and then by closing the ring in known process the compounds of formula (VIII) are transformed to the racemic or optically active compounds of formula (VI) and optionally the racemic compounds of formula (VI) are fractionated to their optic isomers and/ or are transformed to their salts and/ or racemic or optically active compounds are released from their salts.
