PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive film for optical use in which amount of existence of foreign substances is extremely small, and thickness of the film is highly uniform, and interference band is hardly recognized. SOLUTION: The easily adhesive polyester film for optical use uses a biaxially oriented polyester film with a thickness of 50-300μm containing an antimony compound, an alkaline earth metal compound and a phosphorus compound as a base material, and is provided with an easily adhesive layer comprising at least one resin among polyester resins, polyurethanes, acrylic resins and melamine resins as a main constitutional component on at least one face of the base material. The easily adhesive polyester film for optical use is characterized by that the base material substantially contains no particle, and the melt specific resistance at 275°C is 0.15-0.45 (×10<SP>8</SP>Ωcm), and Ra of the surface of the easily adhesive layer is≤0.005μm, and a mean strain degree of height distribution of projections is 0-50.
