<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedsore-preventing belt unit on a mattress by which a body pressure of a user particularly bedridden at home is effectively dispersed, so as to contribute to prevention of a bedsore. <P>SOLUTION: At places in a mattress 1 of a bed or the like where a shoulder section and a waist section of the user are positioned, a shoulder section bedsore-preventing belt 2b and a waist section bedsore-preventing belt 2h are placed respectively. The shoulder section bedsore-preventing belt 2b and the waist section bedsore-preventing belt 2h are structured with stuffing of a soft member 3 and with covering of a well-known outer cloth 4 having both expansion and contraction qualities, and are placed on desired places on the mattress 1 via anti-skid means 5 on respective back face sides. For the soft member 3, as an expanded material with a thickness of 30 to 70 mm, a urethane foam member with density of 45 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, apparent density of 10 to 100 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, and compressive strength of 10 to 400 N can be employed, for instance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
